My Allie Grace (myalliegrace.com) is a company that was created to facilitate a more streamlined approval process when applying for various Grant Opportunities by integrating their own Application Processing Services. We work with small businesses and assist them in finding the most current available grant assistance programs that meet their funding goals.

We work closely with a network of state agencies and our team is continuously searching and compiling lists of current available grant awards pertaining to various businesses across all industries. Do I have to share my personal info such as my Social Security Number when applying for grant funding ?

Typically no, when applying for a business grant. If your business is registered as an LLC, corporation, or nonprofit, you might be able to use an Employer Identification Number (EIN) instead.

However, if you are applying for a business grant as an individual or sole proprietor, in many cases, then yes, you may need to provide your Social Security Number (SSN).

At initial submission, an AGFS Account Executive may begin organizing your paperwork upfront, however our Finance Team will reach out to you to discuss all of the details and go over your options based on your funding goals and preferences. During the approval stage, whichever lending institution is found to be the most suitable match, will be handling your paperwork.

Can I find the same lending options and grant opportunities on my own ?

Yes. However, we shorten the process for you substantially. Instead of searching for the right lender one by one or scouring the internet endlessly, AGFS streamlines the process for you. By submitting one application, we connect you to the best funding partner & grant programs found in our database to meet your business needs.

Why should I work with Allie Grace Funding Solutions LLC ?

How many state agencies or lending partners does AGFS work with ?

My Allie Grace and its team of processors and consultants are continuously researching new grant programs through a majority of state government agencies such as NJ Board of Public Utilities, NJ Business Financing & Incentives, NJ Department of Agriculture, and NJ Department of Education just to name a few.

Allie Grace Funding has access to even more funding partners, across almost every lending channel imaginable, from traditional finance institutions, direct online lenders, peer-to-peer & crowdfunding platforms, etc.

Am I given a login username and password after I submit an application with AGFS ?

​As of right now, you will only be provided a Loan Application# or Grant Application ID# after submission. All correspondence will be through phone or email with an assigned Allie Grace Account Executive (for grants) or the Allie Grace Finance Team (for financing). You will be updated periodically throughout the process either by phone or email. We will be working on a Customer Account Dashboard Setup for all applicants in the near future and will notify all current active applicants at that time once complete.

What exactly does the Grant Application process entail and how long does it typically take until funding is received ?

Applying for a business grant can be tedious — you’re usually asked to supply a significant amount of information. But it’s important to be thorough, since it can increase your chances of receiving the grant.

You’ll need to share details about your business, its finances, and how the business grant will be used. The entire application process typically can take anywhere between six weeks to six months or longer depending on how well prepared the applicant is and how organized their paperwork is.

If you don’t receive a grant on your first application, be prepared to try again. Some business owners submit dozens of applications before getting a grant (if you're working with AGFS - under a Membership Tier Plan - we will continue working with you until you're approved for a grant or else you will receive a full refund (minus the processing fee).

What exactly does the Lending Application process entail and how long does it typically take until funding is received ?

​Once your application is submitted, someone from our Finance Team will reach out to you to discuss the complete details. Generally speaking, the lending application process typically takes anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the type of loan, the lending partner, and how prepared the business owner is with their documentation. If you're not approved for financing either through our database of funding partners OR not able to be approved elsewhere due to credit challenges, AGFS is able to offer you proprietary Credit Building Software (at AllieGraceFunding.com) at a significantly reduced price than if you were to purchase it directly through the software vendor. Once the software is purchased, you will have a team of credit experts that will guide you along the process to ensure that your next application will be approved with ease.

Is Allie Grace Funding Solutions LLC a legitimate company to work with ?

AGFS was formed in February of 2024 and we have consistently been able to grow and develop since then. Prior to our inception date our team has been involved in the lending industry for well over two decades with several of our Account Executives & Processors having direct relationships with various state agencies including their small business banking departments. On the grant side alone, we have assisted small business owners in securing grant awards well over $20 million in the last 2 years alone.

If I were to submit a Grant Application through Allie Grace Funding Solutions LLC, what are the costs that I should expect to pay ?

My Allie Grace offers two separate sets of plans you can purchase, either Individual Processing Plans for a fixed amount or Membership Tier Plans where there is an upfront deposit, another deposit at time of approval, and a percentage of your total funded amount (from your own individual funds) is sent as final payment to AGFS prior to receipt of the grant award. Remember, these grant programs and the funds given typically operate in the same way - and - should only be used to support specific projects or initiatives that align with the funder’s objectives. What are some of the details regarding the Grant Services - Individual Processing Plans ?

There is no need to submit an application with the Individual Plans as you should already be aware of the particular grant program and what the process entails. Once you share the details of the grant award with your Account Executive, AGFS will collect the initial paperwork from you, restructure and organize the necessary documentation so that when it comes time for you to submit your file to the applicable agency you will have a complete package with minimal errors, if any. Once you choose your Individual Processing Plan and make a payment online, AGFS will reach out to you via email, explaining the next step in the process. If you have not received an email response from AGFS within 72 business hours from the time of payment, then please email customercare@myalliegrace.com with your request for a status update. Make sure to include your name, amount paid, date of payment & selected plan type A B or C.

What are some of the details regarding the Grant Services - Membership Tier Plans ?

There are three plans under the Membership Tier platform. Each plan comes with an assigned Account Executive that will handle a majority of the correspondence between you and the funding agency that we will be working with to acquire the grant award. We should only be communicating with you while we are collecting documentation, if you request close involvement in the process or if the business owner's signature or authorization is mandatory throughout the process. Tier Plans 1 & 2 involve working on 1 or more grant programs with you until you are approved for funding. Tier Plan 3 applies to two grant awards - and we will work with you until you are approved for both awards. The upfront processing fee for Tier Plans 1 & 2 is $299 and for Tier Plan 3 it is $499. The initial set up fee will be required when you select a grant program, before the submission process starts with the funding agency. The 2nd payment will be requested once we are issued an approval from the agency. The final percentage-based payment will be required prior to the disbursement of funds.

What is the refund process when it comes to the Gant Services ?

After the refund waiting period has passed, if you still have not been awarded any grant funds, and would like to be refunded any amount you have already paid to Allie Grace Funding Solutions LLC (excluding the processing fee) then you will need to email billing@myalliegrace.com with your request. Please make sure to include your name, company name, contact info and Grant Application ID# so that we can access your file and begin the refund process for you.

Cancellation Process: you will need to email billing@myalliegrace.com with your request

  • Individual Plan - you have 24 hours from the time you make a purchase to request a cancellation

  • Membership Tier Plan - you have 72 hours from the time you make a purchase (or before you are provided a list of grant program options to choose from, whichever is sooner) ​

If I were to submit an Application for business funding through one of AGFS' lending partners, what are the costs that I should expect to pay ?

AllieGraceFunding.com offers a financial marketplace and operates similar to a brokerage, not a direct lender. We assist small businesses in finding the best funding solutions by working with a network of lending partners who offer a variety of flexible creative financing options. The costs and terms are set by the lending institutions. They determine the pricing dependent on several factors including funding type, size of loan, state where the business operates etc. This will vary by lender and your business' funding goals.

How do I communicate with Allie Grace Funding Solutions LLC, their members, finance team or any of their affiliated partners ?

Throughout the submission and application review process you will be notified by a My Allie Grace account team member or contact from one of our funding partners either by phone or email. You always have the option to call AGFS at (856) 360 0985 - or - email us at customercare@myalliegrace.com for a status update. Depending on your purchased plan, if you are assigned an AGFS Consultant, you will be provided their contact info so that you can keep close dialogue with them during the grant application process.

I submitted my Application or Questionnaire Form online over 72 hours ago and still have not heard back from anyone. What do I do ?

If you have not received a response from AGFS within 72 business hours from the time of form submission, then please email customercare@myalliegrace.com with your request for a status update. In the subject line, please input 'Follow Up' and list your name, your company name, contact info, date & time of submission in the body of your email.

Who do I contact if I am encountering a system issue or need to update my account information throughout the process ?

Please email support@myalliegrace.com for any system related issues or to make any changes to your account profile for security reasons - such as fraud, unauthorized access or routine precautionary maintenance purposes.

What can i do if I have a suggestion that I feel will improve AGFS' processes and the overall customer experience ?

You can select the link in the 'Contact Section' of the website (myalliegrace.com) at the bottom of the home page where it requests your feedback. There is a Suggestion Box page that will appear. You can input your ideas or feedback on that page and send your email. AGFS will review them in the order received and take your ideas into serious consideration for future interactions. Your suggestions are anonymous, however, we still appreciate the time and effort that you have taken to send us your commentary.

What can i do if I've had a positive experience with Allie Grace Funding Solutions LLC or my AG Consultant and want to praise them for their outstanding performance ?

Please send us your positive feedback through the Suggestion Box page online at myalliegrace.com. If you would like your assigned AG Consultant to acknowledge your 'shout out' then please feel free to include your name, business name or Application ID in the message field.

What can i do if I have a concern or want to place a complaint due to a negative experience that I've encountered during the AGFS process ?

Please send us your contact info and the details of your scenario or experience through the Suggestion Box page online at myalliegrace.com. We will make sure to prioritize your email and work on a fair and expedient resolution for you, if possible. If the matter cannot be resolved, then we will promise to work harder in ensuring that those same actions or events that caused the issue do not repeat themselves.

Can I apply for more than one grant opportunity or finance product with one application ?

Unfortunately, this is not an option at the current time, although may be available with future submissions. You must submit a funding application or questionnaire form for each individual grant program or lending product request that you are seeking funding approval for. For example, if you would like to apply for 2 separate loan products - or - 1 grant application and 1 loan product, then you will need to repeat the same online form submission process a 2nd time. Each lending form or grant application submission will need your business information and any other relevant data pertaining exclusively to the applicant business and corresponding grant program or loan product type.

I am having difficulty getting approved for funding through your network of lending partners or even through other channels of business funding on my own, what can I do ?

It can be challenging to secure business funding, especially for startups or businesses with limited financial history, including credit inefficiencies. However, there are several steps you can take to increase your chances of getting approved. If you've already explored alternative funding options with more flexible terms and still are getting denied, then you can consider working with AGFS' credit building team to help rapidly build up your business PAYDEX score. Our team will walk through the process with you, guiding you along the way to make sure you are not only benefiting from all of the key knowledge that our credit building software offers you but to promote a sense of stability and continued success in your business' ability to secure the maximum funding it needs to thrive for the foreseeable future.
