MyAllieGrace was created to facilitate a more streamlined approval process when applying for various Grant Opportunities by integrating their own Application Processing Services. We assist small businesses in finding the most current available grant assistance programs by working with a network of state agencies and trusted lending partners. MyAllieGrace offers a seamless experience with a hands-off approach for the business owner as our Grant Processors do most of the heavy lifting prior to and during the application review process. If the applying business would like to be more involved in the process, then our Allie Grace Consultants are available to assist them with gathering all of the necessary paperwork as well. Step 1:
Initial Contact Submission

The applying business submits their contact information through the website. An introduction email is then sent, including a questionnaire form to complete and return.

Step 2:
Evaluation & Program Matching

Once the questionnaire is received, the information is reviewed and matched with grant programs from our database that align with the business’s qualifications and funding goals.

Step 3:
Application Path Selection

Applicants can choose to either apply independently using our processing services or work directly with an Allie Grace consultant. Based on their choice, they receive a tailored list of matching grant programs.

Step 4:
Program Selection &
Document Preparation

After selecting a grant program, an Application ID is assigned and a Grant Processor begins an internal review. Company forms and a checklist of required documents are provided, with a 7–10 business day timeline for submission.

Step 5:
Submission & Ongoing Support

The completed documents are submitted to the grant agency, and our team works on obtaining an initial approval. Applicants receive regular status updates and may be asked for additional documents as the process advances.

Step 6:
Final Approval & Grant Award

Once a final approval is issued, an Allie Grace consultant reaches out to share the good news and explains the grant terms. The process concludes when the applicant signs the funding documents and receives the awarded grant.
